1. Items must be PERSONALLY OWNED and within possesion of the seller/trader (NOT spam or any type of product promotion!!!)
2. Items for sale will only be allowed within the "For Sale Section" (This means DO NOT post items for sale on your member page. Although most of are members there, this IS NOT cardomain.com, so lets keep our pages all about our car and not spare car parts.)
3. Should a sale/trade go sour or a buyer/seller be scammed out of goods/money there will NO SALES OF ANY KIND PERMITTED FOR SALE HERE ON THIS SITE AND THE SCAMMER WILL BE BANNED and the SCAMMEE will need to report the issue(s) to paypal or a local police precint. (Meaning that there will only be 1 (yes one!) chance for a person to screw it up for everybody else.)
4. Use of PayPal is HIGHLY suggested. If by any chance the buyer/seller does not own a PayPal account, use of a BANK CERTIFIED CASHIER'S CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER is acceptable.
5. I encourage members to make their own deals with each other but should you accept a payment other than the above listed types of payment, ITS ALL ON YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. THE SITE WILL HAVE NO PARTS OF RECTIFYING THE SITUATION.
6. In your Discussion title, make it known what you are doing. For example, if something is For Sale put "FS" at the begining of the title {FS: Skunk2 Intake Manifold}. FS: For Sale/FT: For Trade/WTB: Want To Buy will be the only accepted headings. Failure to comply will have your Topic closed/locked.
